Woodlands Nursing Home was opened in February 1995 following the success of Peacock. All bedrooms are for single occupancy; however, there are four very large bedrooms that can accommodate two people wishing to share. All rooms have a toilet and wash hand basin. Bathing and shower facilities are provided, each unit has two assisted baths and a shower ‘wet room’.

Full nursing care is provided over a 24 hour period with registered nurses on duty throughout this time. We also have a team of senior care assistants and care assistants who assist with the delivery of care to our residents.
