Dementia Care
Each home provides a high standard of dementia care for its residents, by staff trained to support them through the challenges of their diagnosis. We understand the emotional stress of moving loved ones into a nursing home and our trained staff are on hand to support you through the full transition.
Palliative & End of Life Care
Our homes are where residents choose to remain until their end of life. Our team of dedicated staff with the support of GPs and local palliative care teams provide the very best care for you and your loved ones, offering support, guidance and comfort at this very difficult time.
Life Limiting Care
Our homes support residents to remain as independent as possible whatever their needs. Our person centred care lies at the core of everything we do, which is why each of our resident’s care is reassessed regularly with care plans being updated to incorporate changes in their needs ensuring our staff can deliver the care they require.
Choosing a Care Home
Where To Start In Arranging Care?
Thinking about choosing to move to a care home is a big and often difficult decision, but may be the best option if you or your loved one is struggling to live alone, or has a complex medical condition that requires specialist attention throughout the day and night.
We believe that, once we have met you, if we feel that we are able to deliver the care that is right for you, we will be happy to look after you regardless of your financial status.
